Marketing Business Growth Specialist

Masters degree in Marketing is preferred. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales.

  • Market and promote our licensing products line to assigned verticals ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assess client needs and develop presentations that meet their requirements through effective communication.
  • Maintain records of quotations, sales, and activity reports through CRM/Excel for accurate data analysis.
  • Pursue new clients and assist in setting up meetings and closure towards contract signing with successful negotiation skills.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has knowledge of sales processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining competence with our business plan and sales strategy by staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Identifying, interpreting, and communicating special service requirements of customers through active listening.
  • Initiating and coordinating the implementation of sales action plans to penetrate new markets with innovative approaches.

As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with our management team to develop tactics for increased revenue and growth. You will also participate in creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Skill Set:
    • Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
    • Knowledge of Sales Processes with experience in negotiations.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication and selling skills with presentation skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong time management skills.
    • Strong negotiating skills with conflict resolution abilities.
    • Excellent presentation skills with public speaking abilities.
  • Internal / External Cooperation:
    • Ensure to meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes with quality results.
    • Set examples for other BDEs in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits with a positive attitude.
    • Participate in regular coaching and counseling with the Sr. Sales Manager to build motivation and selling skills with professional development.
    • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction with relationship-building skills.
    • Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees with a team-player mindset.
  • Relationships:
    • Supervised by the Sr. Sales Manager. Works closely with other BDEs while maintaining effective communication and flow of activities with the engineering team and other relevant departments.
