Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or marketing campaigns, as needed.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Follow communication scripts, company procedures, and policies.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
