We're hiring a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team If you're someone who enjoys helping people, has a knack for clear communication, and is tech-savvy, this role is for you.

  • Role Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
  • Assist customers with questions and issues related to bookings or services
  • Accurately log and update customer concerns using internal apps/tools
  • Ensure all details are properly lodged and tracked
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions
  • Requirements: Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer service or support preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using web and mobile apps for task tracking and updates
