Sr 3D Visualiser Role

We require an experienced 3D visualiser with 3-5 years of background to lead our architectural design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs, both interior and exterior.
  2. Collaborate closely with the architectural and 3D design teams to prepare 3D visualisations.
  3. Translate conceptual ideas into graphic representations.
  4. Pose as a liaison between architects and the 3D team to ensure successful execution of projects.
  5. Prepare engaging presentations in various media formats.
  6. Lead the 3D team and delegate tasks accordingly.
  7. Effectively interpret architectural drawings, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modelling data, and realise those designs into compelling images.
  8. Develop a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs.
  9. Maintain efficiency while modeling and converting data sets from CAD or other 3D packages, perform image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings.
