Channel Development Manager

Alm Human Resources International is seeking a highly skilled Channel Development Manager to join our team in Pakistan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel sellers and Internet bars across the region.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Train and support new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services in the local market.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. A bachelor's degree or above is required, with relevant work experience in sales and marketing a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the local market.
