Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage existing relationships to drive sales performance.
  • Channel Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
    • Monitor and assess the performance of indirect sales channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management of both internal employees and partners.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and regular feedback of partners.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring
    • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities and channel performance.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps and drive results.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product management, channel planning, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and successful outcomes.
