  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and competitor information, ensuring a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Officers (RSOs), setting clear goals and expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve overall performance.
