Sales Channel Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned monthly/annual targets through effective franchise management, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as gross adds, revenue, business growth, and market share.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance, including identifying new business opportunities and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and competitor information, ensuring a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Lead a team of Regional Sales Officers (RSOs), setting clear goals and expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet their targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve overall performance.
