This senior position involves providing complex technical support for products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues that other engineers cannot resolve and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical problems affecting customers.

Key responsibilities include mentoring, training, and coaching junior engineers, analyzing customer issues, creating new support processes, and working closely with the Technical Lead to align technical support with the company's overall strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex issues, provide solutions, and maintain minimal user disruption.
  • Identify and resolve product-level limitations and technical issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to address technical issues affecting customers.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve their technical skills.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, drive changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of technical support.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support during business hours and after hours.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
