Human Resources Professional

The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.

A key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

The HR Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.

Additionally, this role involves fostering a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and mediation.

Employee engagement surveys will be conducted regularly, and improvement initiatives will be implemented based on feedback.

This role also requires developing and administering performance appraisal programs, as well as providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.

Training and development programs will be implemented to enhance employee skills and career progression.

Maintaining and managing employee records and HR documentation is also a critical aspect of this role.

Overseeing payroll administration and ensuring accuracy and compliance, as well as managing employee benefits programs, are additional responsibilities.

Salary benchmarking and reviews will be conducted to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Strategic planning with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives is a key aspect of this role.

Initiatives to improve workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion will be driven by the successful candidate.

Organizational change management efforts will also be led by the HR Manager.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a professional services firm, is required.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Discretion when handling confidential information is crucial.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills are required.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
