Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our beauty salon. This role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring staff have adequate support, and maintaining high standards of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement an Operating Plan: Develop and implement an operating plan for seamless and well-coordinated operations in a cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain Operational Areas: Ensure all operational areas are ready, neat, tidy, and well-prepared for top-quality customer experiences.
  • Manage HR Issues: Manage HR issues, motivate and discipline staff, and provide industry-best customer experience at a cost-effective salary.
  • Carry out Staff Evaluations: Carry out quarterly staff evaluations, document training needs, and implement staff development programs.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Proactively manage preventive maintenance scheduling of equipment, tools, and assets.
Requirements:
  • Beauty Salon Experience: Beauty salon experience is highly desired.
  • Inventory Management: Adequate inventory levels of consumables and saleable products must be maintained, with timely ordering through the purchasing department.
  • Roster Management: Manage staff rosters, cope with pre-booked and walk-in customers, and ensure highest service standards during festivals and seasonal rush periods.
  • Merchandising: Immaculate merchandising in the outlet, timely planning, and implementation of in-store marketing and promotions.
  • Document Feedback: Document and provide actionable feedback on customers and staff to management and directors.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts, generate leads, follow up, and convert them to loyal customers.
  • Cross-Sell Analysis: Analyze customer and stylist data to increase cross-sell potential and maximize sales.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Exemplary leadership, brand ambassadorship, and creating a loyal following of the brand.
