Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager located in Karachi Division. The Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day activities in the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient team performance. Responsibilities include managing a team, providing leadership and guidance, implementing strategies to meet targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Team Management, Team Leadership, and Contact Centers experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
