Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute company projects in North Region branch offices, adhering to quality standards and timelines.
- Oversee and coordinate staff for various system maintenance services, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation/HVAC, and others.
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain branches' security arrangements and related matters.
- Attend to administrative affairs as needed.
- Promote cordial relations with Branch Heads/Branch Officers and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of civil and construction principles
- Familiarity with office setup and maintenance materials
