Teaching Position
  1. We are seeking a skilled and experienced educator to lead BScN classes in Pharma, Pathophysiology, Nursing Research & Paeds.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and reviewing teaching activities and curriculum to ensure high-quality education.
  3. A key aspect of this role is to utilize innovative teaching skills and technology to facilitate and promote a learner-centred approach.
  4. The Lecturer will actively engage in research activities and contribute to academic programs, providing effective advice, guidance, and feedback to students.
  5. This position requires continuous professional development to enhance teaching and learning, clinical expertise, and research.
  6. The successful candidate will also provide invigilation in examinations and assess exams, facilitating the preparation of course outlines, class schedules, and exams/papers for students.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. An MScN with at least 4-5 years of teaching experience at BS Nursing level or BScN with MPH and relevant experience is required.
  2. A valid PNC registration with at least one publication in any recognized journal is mandatory.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  4. Clinical competence and sound judgment are crucial for success in this position.
