Job Description:

This role involves developing and executing a sales strategy to generate new business leads and expand existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, with a proven track record of success in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Motive's solutions.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Present and demonstrate Motive's technology solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals with qualified prospects, ensuring that the sales process is efficient and effective.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably with international clients.
  • Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and effectively convey key value propositions.
  • Data-driven mindset, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.
