Job Title: Network Infrastructure Manager

">

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operations, lifecycle management, and continuous optimization of data center and enterprise network infrastructure across business entities in Central Region.

">

The successful candidate will lead critical network domains, including Routing & Switching, SDN (preferably Cisco ACI-based), SD-WAN, data center interconnects, and enterprise/campus wireless networks, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance service delivery.

">

This role will play a pivotal part in cross-organizational infrastructure integration projects, technical refresh planning, and driving automation and digital transformation initiatives.

">

Responsibilities:

">
  • Lead day-to-day operations of data center and enterprise network infrastructure (core, aggregation, access layers, and wireless segments).">
  • Monitor and manage end-to-end availability, reliability, and performance of network services.">
  • Ensure effective incident, change, and problem management in line with IT service management processes.">
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), network audits, and implement corrective/preventive actions.">
  • Ensure compliance with network SLAs, KPIs, and audit/regulatory requirements.">

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Telecom Engineering, or related discipline.">
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP DC/Enterprise, Cisco ACI Specialist, HCIP-DCN, JNCIP, or equivalent.">
  • Proven experience in Data Center, Campus, and WAN network operations.">
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco DNA Center, SD-WAN (Cisco, Fortinet, or Viptela), and multi-vendor switching/routing.">
  • Familiarity with enterprise wireless systems (Cisco, Aruba) and network telemetry tools (AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, etc.).">
  • Experience in managing multi-tenant or hybrid DC environments and inter-DC connectivity.">
  • Proven track record in lifecycle management, technology upgrades, and high-availability architecture.">
  • In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, overlay technologies (VXLAN, EVPN), and L2/L3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP).">
  • Strong understanding of network segmentation, firewalling, ACLs, and NAC.">
  • Deep understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance frameworks.">
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.">
