Job Overview

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and support teams to ensure timely task execution and issue resolution.
  • Manage and respond to queries through calls, messages, and emails in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Support service request handling, especially related to property, maintenance, or logistical coordination.

Key responsibilities also include providing real-time support and maintaining a consistent line of communication with field and back-office teams.
