The Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior executives. This includes managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Ensure that the executives' calendars are up-to-date and accurate, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executives, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must speak fluent English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
