As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

This includes developing sales plans that meet customer needs and promoting products or services to engage target audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining a strong company image by ensuring positive brand representation in the market.
  2. Driving business expansion through existing client relationships with proactive action plans.
  3. Identifying potential customers and creating targeted campaigns to engage them effectively.
  4. Ensuring seamless communication between the company and its target audience, devising promotional strategies that achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Collaborating with clients and team leads on campaign requirements and objectives.
  6. Liaising with senior management, suppliers, and staff in campaign creation and administration.
  7. Formulating and executing marketing strategies within agreed timelines.
  8. Monitoring performance, analyzing results, and presenting findings.

Job Specification:

Qualification/Experience Required:

  1. Relevant experience in direct marketing or commercial areas such as retailing, sales, and marketing is essential.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role in a multinational corporation.
  3. Specialist postgraduate marketing qualifications are advantageous.
