Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join our project management team.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile methodologies, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, promoting effective communication and continuous improvement.

  • Project Planning:

Detailed project planning will involve defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals.

  • Agile Facilitation:

The selected candidate will serve as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

  • Communication and Reporting:

Clear and concise communication of project status, issues, and risks is essential. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility, is also a critical task.

  • Team Collaboration:

Closely working with cross-functional teams is vital to ensure project success. Providing guidance and support to foster a positive and collaborative team environment is key.

  • Risk Management:

IDentifying and managing project risks proactively is crucial. Collaborating with teams to develop mitigation strategies ensures timely resolution of challenges.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum framework.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
