We are seeking a talented individual to provide support to the accounting department in various tasks, including handling accounts payables and receivables, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Responsibilities include providing support to the accounting team, preparing month-end and year-end journal entries, monthly and annual financial reports, budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data, identifying potential variances, monitoring and analyzing revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and optimize efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar role, preferably in the accounting industry. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills are also essential. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, are required. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is also necessary.
