Key Responsibilities:

  2. Shipping and Logistics:
    1. Generate shipping labels through the courier's portal.
    2. Track orders to monitor delivery status and identify any potential issues.
    3. Coordinate with courier services to resolve any shipping-related problems.
    4. Optimize shipping costs and delivery times.
  3. Customer Service:
    1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    2. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
  4. Reporting and Analytics:
    1. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, shipping costs, and delivery times.
    2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and courier portals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
