Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We're seeking a creative and strategic professional to lead our digital storytelling across platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our online presence, curating content calendars, managing campaigns, and engaging our audience in line with our brand voice and sustainability mission.

This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, visual storytelling, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Create and execute a strong social media strategy aligned with brand goals and campaign calendars.
  • Develop original content (posts, reels, stories, captions, hashtags) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content using META tools.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to tell compelling brand stories.
  • Monitor trends, memes, and moments to keep content fresh, witty, and relevant.
  • Track insights, engagement metrics, and follower growth; create monthly performance reports.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, user-generated content reposts, and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in fashion or lifestyle).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and visual storytelling.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • A flair for writing captions that are clever, poetic, or punchy (sometimes all three).
  • Proficient in Canva, Cap Cut or similar creative tools.
  • A passion for sustainable fashion, upcycling, or circular design is a huge plus.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Photography or videography skills.
  • Experience with paid ad campaigns or influencer seeding.
  • Knack for aesthetic trend-spotting and fashion subcultures.
