Learning Experience Coordinator
Job Description:This entry-level role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in Human Resources, particularly in the area of employee learning and development.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning Experience Coordinator to support the execution of training initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of our teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions and workshops.
- Help develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and participant feedback.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Coordinate logistics and handle communications related to training initiatives.
- Collect and compile participant feedback to assess training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal trainers and external facilitators for session delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Familiarity with adult learning concepts and training principles.
Remote work is not available for this position.
The selected candidate will be required to work from our office location.
