Learning Experience Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning Experience Coordinator to support the execution of training initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of our teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions and workshops.
  • Help develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and participant feedback.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinate logistics and handle communications related to training initiatives.
  • Collect and compile participant feedback to assess training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal trainers and external facilitators for session delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Familiarity with adult learning concepts and training principles.
Work Environment:

Remote work is not available for this position.

The selected candidate will be required to work from our office location.
