Job Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone who can develop and execute detailed project plans for TMS implementation, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively manage them to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration among cross-functional teams including IT, logistics, procurement, and operations to align project objectives, gather customer requirements on integrations and application functionalities.
  • Managing a team of developers and their tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and server management.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation, logistics, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Change management expertise for seamless technology adoption.
