Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HR Hiring and Recruitment Specialist.

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers, ensuring seamless experiences for new hires.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and expectations, building strong relationships to drive successful outcomes.
  4. Conduct thorough onboarding processes, providing actionable insights to improve recruitment policies and procedures.
  5. Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-fill, identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hiring and recruitment, demonstrating expertise in sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
