Commercial Growth Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Commercial Growth Executive to lead and grow our commercial and industrial client base.

Job Summary:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and establish key relationships with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-potential clients in the industrial and commercial sectors using market intelligence tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, cold calls, and in-person meetings with decision-makers.
  • Analyze client needs, business models, and energy requirements to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Proposal Management:
  • Design and deliver customized proposals addressing client-specific energy challenges.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
  • Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, manage expectations, and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
  • Promote repeat business and referrals through excellent client servicing.
  • Stay current with market trends, regulations, and competitors in the solar energy sector.
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasted growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or industrial solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold outreach, and high-value contract negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of the solar market, project financing, and energy management solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional business writing.
  • Ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu is an asset.
