About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our team. As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for exploring new markets, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Built strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements:
- Market-Savvy: Deep understanding of how shopkeepers make buying decisions.
- Sales & Relationship Building Skills: Ability to convince customers and build long-term relationships.
- Trustworthy & Professional: Committed to honesty, discipline, and intelligent hard work.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Canva, WhatsApp Business, and email for quick customer interactions.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.
Benefits:
- Performance-Based Salary: Ranging from Rs. 36,000 to Rs. 50,000.
- Commission: 5% on Bill Books and Warranty Stickers sales.
- Performance Bonus: Achieve the Rs. 10 lac monthly sales target and earn an extra Rs. 20,000 bonus.
