Business Growth Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with their ideal properties and driving business success.

  • Property Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective property sales plans to close deals successfully.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough client requirements assessments and offer tailored real estate solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Engagement Activities: Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Development: Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications:

We're seeking motivated professionals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A passion for sales, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (Fresh graduates with a flair for sales are also encouraged to apply).
