We are seeking a Business Development Manager to fuel our growth by connecting with ad agencies and brands across Pakistan.
Main Responsibilities- Develop a sales strategy to target ad agencies and brand marketers in Pakistan.
- Pitch AI-generated video ad services, demonstrating their value in enhancing brand storytelling and reducing production costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (brand managers, media planners, creative directors, etc.).
- Identify business opportunities, set meetings, present proposals, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams for smooth project delivery.
- Represent the company at networking events, pitch meetings, and industry gatherings.
- Track performance and provide regular reports on leads, pipeline, and conversions.
- Stay updated on AI trends in advertising to confidently educate prospects and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within an ad agency, digital media company, or production house.
- A strong network of contacts in advertising agencies and brand marketing teams.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of digital content, video ads, and the evolving media landscape.
- Passion for technology and AI-driven creativity.
- Self-motivation, a target-driven approach, and ability to work independently.
