Job Title: Sales Director - Business Growth

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team to drive growth by expanding existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales cycle from opportunity identification through qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Grow client accounts, driving upsell opportunities, renewals, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to deliver on their targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation, demand generation, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions and strong client outcomes.
  • Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and capability presentations in collaboration with technical, legal, and finance teams.
  • Track and report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and deal profitability to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within IT services, AI, cloud, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and growing strategic accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, including application development, cloud computing, AI solutions, and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to emerging tools and technologies.
