The Role

As a
Manager Partnerships
, you will be responsible for designing, scaling, and managing distribution partnerships across Pakistan. You will lead the expansion of Ozoned Digital's embedded insurance capabilities, working with banks, telcos, fintechs, gig-economy platforms, and merchant networks to grow revenue and reach.

This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on business builder who understands the digital financial services ecosystem and can execute partnerships that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and partnership strategies for Ozoned Digital and its affiliates.
  • Drive business development and sales through new commercial partnerships across all Ozoned Digital products and services.
  • Design and scale embedded distribution models in collaboration with banks, telcos, fintechs, and non-traditional digital partners.
  • Build and expand multi-channel distribution capabilities for Bancassurance, aggregators, and merchant ecosystems.
  • Own revenue growth for products launched in Pakistan, ensuring adoption across diverse channels.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with financial and non-financial institutions (banks, payment gateways, merchant networks, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with SECP and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead day-to-day partner account management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to embed insurance seamlessly within partner platforms.

Profile & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
  • Proven success in fast-paced environments (startups, fintechs, or digital platforms).
  • Hands-on expertise in embedded insurance models and Bancassurance distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build multi-distribution ecosystems across banks, telcos, fintechs, aggregators, and merchant networks.
  • Deep knowledge of Pakistan's financial services and digital payments landscape.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience influencing executives and partners.
  • Track record in business growth, sales strategy, and account management.
  • Solid understanding of gig economy dynamics and mobile network ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication in English and Urdu.
  • Agile, decisive, and adaptable to external changes.
