About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead our daily B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development initiatives in the Central Region.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Drive sales growth through the development and implementation of high-impact sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, leveraging thorough competitive data analysis and demand forecasting.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless deal closure.
- Cultivate a high-performing sales team, focusing on training, coaching, and accountability.
- Continuously analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and informing strategic planning.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. A minimum of 7+ years of B2B sales experience in HR, Banking, or Software Industry is preferred, with a focus on leadership, business acumen, and market trend analysis.
