Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Business Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning
  • Develop and execute product sales plans to reach sales targets in the region.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Maintain a close relationship with customers through regular visits, understand their requirements, and anticipate new business opportunities.
  • Complaint Handling
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.
  • Business Development
  • Customize the sales strategy for strategic clients and segments, oversee & support the launch of new sales programs and processes at the initial point of customer interface, including the generation of new business leads.
  • Market Research
  • Keep a close eye on market trends and propose aggressive business strategies / plans.
Requirements
  • Qualification
  • MBA in Marketing from a reputed University.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 12 years' experience of Sales & Marketing in B2B business.
  • Skills
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attitude
  • Result-oriented & demonstrate a "Can Do Attitude."
