Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking someone with experience in designing, building, and managing engineering activities related to cloud initiatives using automation tools like Puppet.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within tech stacks such as Linux, Networking, and Load Balancing.
  • This role involves developing and implementing environments for quality assurance, development, etc., and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure security, making sure environments are secure, reliable, scalable, and automated.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or a similar relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of related experience in the industry.
  • Strong experience in administering cloud-hosted environments on at least one popular cloud IAAS platform, such as AWS.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tooling is essential.
  • Experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform and Cloud Formation.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD toolchains, particularly Kubernetes.
  • Basic scripting skills, including Python, Ruby, Bash, and Powershell.
  • Experience working with various Linux distributions, including Rhel 8, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Amazon Linux.
