Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful initiatives that shape the future of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of projects from ideation, estimation, and planning to design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with product owners, architects, engineers, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across multiple scrum teams and product lines.
  • Act as the primary contact between internal teams and partners, facilitating communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Implement Agile practices, manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure high performance across teams.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to drive outcomes that meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
  • At least 4 years of Software Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to managing complex technical projects.
  • A strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience managing multiple scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines, budget, and quality.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (product, development, QA) and external partners.
  • A technical understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architectures, and modern digital platforms.
