Airport Concessions Portfolio Manager

The role of Airside Concessions Portfolio Manager is crucial in enhancing the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail, F&B and services businesses. The team responsible for this objective strives to continuously improve and enhance the retail mix in our Transit Malls, market all the available outlets, as well as execute terminal development and enhancement projects.
This is an exciting and challenging role within the Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team, where the candidate will lead a team of professionals to manage the planning & leasing for a portfolio of airside concession categories. The candidate can also expect to lead or be involved in projects such as asset enhancement and business analysis. This position will expose the candidate to a wide spectrum of the airside concession business and hone his/her business, negotiation, logical and analytical skills.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing leasing strategies and plans
- Marketing concession spaces
- Cultivating and building good relationships with tenants and prospects
- Executing leasing exercises and managing lease negotiations
- Analysing and evaluating proposals
- Making presentations to and seeking approvals from Management
