Job Title: Contract Negotiator

This is a challenging role for a skilled contract negotiator to develop, negotiate and evaluate government contracts.

The successful candidate will ensure that both parties are in agreement with the terms of the contract and that all contracts adhere to contract specifications.

In this position, you will work closely with contractors and subcontractors addressing any questions or concerns regarding contracts or claims issues.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting with contractors and vendors and providing technical support on contract compliance issues. Additionally, you will keep track of reporting and claiming deadlines and notify contractors as needed.

You will assemble and distribute various documents, manuals and materials. Establish and maintain records and files related to company operations and activities.

This role requires operating standard office equipment including fax machines, scanners, copiers, computers, telephones, scales and communications equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, proposal writing abilities and project management coordination skills.

  • Able to follow through on communications made to customers, vendors and other staff
