Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation, development, and administration of contracts. This role involves evaluating potential risks and opportunities, negotiating contract exceptions and commercial terms, and managing contractual matters with clients and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer contracts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with contracts.
  • Negotiate contract exceptions and commercial terms with clients and engineers.
  • Manage all contractual matters, including claims, disputes, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents related to contractual matters.
  • Develop and administer project contract organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in contract management, preferably in civil engineering or EPC projects.
  • A working knowledge of FIDIC and other international forms of contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
