As a key member of our team, you will identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through various channels, develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, and propose tailored software development solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities across targeted geographies
  • Understand client requirements and propose bespoke software development solutions
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and collaborate with internal technical teams
  • Manage and close deals throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 0-1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value
  • Familiarity with CRM/sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in a software services agency or offshore development company
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks, Agile methodology, SaaS, AI, DevOps, and Cloud
