Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Total Rewards strategy in the Middle East region.

  • The successful candidate will drive the implementation of global processes and geographical programs/initiatives aligned with our framework, working closely with local stakeholders as needed within various areas of total rewards.
  • This role requires partnering with key stakeholders to support business needs through consultation and leading the implementation of our global processes and pay philosophy in the geography by defining fair and competitive local compensation and benefit offerings based on global and market principles.
  • The individual will design, implement, and manage local total rewards packages including benchmarking and benefit design to ensure efficiency and competitiveness in the local market for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • They will also drive country-level governance and compliance by ensuring all Total Reward results have applicable instructions, frameworks, processes, and governance in line with global directives in collaboration with local People Business Partners.
  • This position demands proactive Total Rewards thought leadership to business leaders via external and internal market data, trends, and insights. They will support People Business Partners in using this information to enable business leaders to make informed strategic decisions and provide guidance on employee engagement.
  • The role involves working closely with business and geographical people functions to embed global approaches in base pay, salary benchmarking, salary budgeting, and short-term variable pay.
  • Additionally, they will provide Total Rewards training to ensure successful usage of total reward policies, processes, and initiatives by local stakeholders.
  • As part of our Global Total Rewards network, this individual will contribute to the development and implementation of global initiatives and projects to support business needs, improve employee engagement, manage risks, and control costs.
