Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee our industrial relations and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate employee complaints and grievances regarding employment conditions, employers, and employees, in accordance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Review and submit feedback on employment relations legislation on behalf of the organization.

  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for recruitment, remuneration, learning and development, health and safety, performance, and conduct.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A master's degree in business administration or public administration along with a law degree.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience handling IR issues in a reputable organization, preferably in the FMCG sector.

  • Knowledge of employment contracts, labor laws, industrial relations legislation, including the Employment Relations Act, employment court processes, and judgments.

  • Excellent people management skills, strong communication, and PC skills.

  • Age up to 35 years.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex employment laws and regulations while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
