- Qualification: Bachelors degree (BBA/BPA) in Human Resources/ER
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- To ensure that disciplinary procedure and practices are consistently applied across the departments. Advise departmental managers and supervisors on disciplinary course of actions, conducts and participants in investigations and evaluate evidences so that disciplinary actions are procedurally and fairly applied.
- To execute monthly payroll, overtimes, bonus, leave encashments and final settlement with accuracy and ensure results are legally compliant.
- To conduct employees exit interview and prepare report to recommend actions to increase employee retention and engagement.
- To participate and provide requirement of internal audits and external audits (EOBI, SESSI or other labor related audits) performed by Internal Audit Team or External Agencies respectively and take pro-active actions to ensure full compliance.
- Prepare and execute worker welfares, loans, insurances and WPPF to ensure timely disbursement.
- Prepare trends and activities of IR department such as disciplinary trends, head count report, workers turnover, CTC, payroll, MRM, education SESSI, TAT reports, Tax deduction, BoD presentation etc.
