Training and Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, human resources, and training.

  • This role is responsible for improving the productivity of employees through effective training and development programs.
  • The Training and Development Lead will assess property-wide developmental needs and drive training initiatives to address these needs.
  • This position requires identifying and arranging suitable training solutions for employees, actively searching for creative methods to educate and enhance performance, and recognizing individual achievements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct follow-up studies to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of completed training programs and make necessary modifications.
  2. Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts to provide growth opportunities.
  3. Maintain property communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to keep employees informed about events and general information.
  4. Plan, organize, and facilitate employee events and order supplies as needed.
  5. Monitor spending against departmental budgets and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Embody the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Training and Organizational Development.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable University.
  • Ability to organize and identify training needs of an organization.
  • Tacit experience in Financial Institutions or Banks is preferred.
