Job Title: Corporate Legal Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Legal Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Company Law, exceptional research skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Company Law matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive working papers on complex legal issues, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with international best practices in Company Law, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners, to drive positive change and influence policy developments.

Essential Qualifications:

We require an experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years in Corporate Legal Consultancy, Legislation, and Litigation from well-established multinational or national groups, financial institutions, regulatory organizations, or private law practices.
