Poltech House is a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Bidder to join our team.
Job Description- We are looking for a skilled bidder who can identify and bid on relevant projects posted on various online job platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing job postings to identify relevant projects. They will write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic approach to secure high-quality projects that align with our company's expertise and goals.
We require a strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by Poltech House. The candidate should also be able to write persuasive and customized proposals, maintain a high bid conversion rate, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing job postings on multiple platforms to identify relevant projects.
- Writing and submitting compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
- Maintaining a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting our services effectively.
- Communicating with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
- Keeping track of all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner.
- Providing regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition.
- Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by Poltech House.
- Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and strategic mindset.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content writing projects.
- Background in IT services or a related field.
- Knowledge of different pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
