Podcast Video Advertising Specialist Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Podcast Video Advertising Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-backed video advertising campaigns to scale views, subscribers, and brand presence for podcast YouTube channels.

  • Main Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute YouTube Ads campaigns to grow podcast channels and increase views, subscribers, and channel authority.
  • Collaborate with our podcast editors to create compelling trailers from full episodes specifically designed for paid acquisition.
  • Conduct channel audits and audience research to inform targeting and creative strategy.
  • Set up and manage tracking systems (Google Ads, GTM, GA4) for CPV, SAC, watch time per dollar, and CTR.
  • Collaborate with our creative, strategy, and analytics teams to align campaign execution with podcast publishing calendars.
  • Generate detailed weekly reports with actionable recommendations based on performance trends.
