Podcast Video Advertising Strategist
Join our team as a Podcast Video Advertising Strategist and play a key role in developing and executing strategic video advertising plans for podcast YouTube channels.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of YouTube Ads and the ability to develop targeted campaigns that drive real results. As a Podcast Video Advertising Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing YouTube Ads to achieve specific goals such as subscriber growth and view increase.

You will collaborate closely with our podcast editors to create engaging trailers that convert cold viewers into subscribers. You will also conduct channel audits and audience research to inform targeting and creative strategy.

Responsibilities include setting up and managing tracking systems (Google Ads, GTM, GA4) for key metrics such as CPV, SAC, watch time per dollar, and CTR.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience running YouTube Ads focused on channel growth, not just lead generation or ecommerce.
  • Demonstrated success in growing YouTube channels to 10k+ subscribers or generating significant monthly watch time through paid campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, including campaign setup, targeting segmentation, remarketing, and custom conversions.
