Job Description

As a Senior Leadership Position at Outsource Consultants, you will be responsible for driving sales teams and achieving target goals in a challenging and competitive work environment. This role requires a high level of expertise in enterprise software solutions, large complex organizations, and tailor-made product selling.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, and excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and team management skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a global team, travel when required, and understand customer and market dynamics and requirements.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of success, with extensive experience in sales leadership roles. They should be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
