
Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced partnerships and alliances manager to drive business growth across retail, non-retail, and service industries.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing existing and exploring new verticals and revenue-generating streams, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key brands.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative marketing and advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize existing and explore new verticals and revenue-generating streams for business across retail, non-retail, and service industries.
- Discuss use cases with brands regarding in-app advertisement or offline marketing channel assets to help them achieve brand visibility and the best ROI during brand campaigns via Krave ad inventory platforms.
- Manage the Ancillary Business P&L, ensuring achievement of both top and bottom line targets.
- Build, maintain, and retain a solid portfolio of brands across FMCG and non-FMCG sectors, positioning us as the brand's favorite e-channel for marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Design and align business JBP's with FMCG brands to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly ambitions.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are aligned on time through strong internal stakeholder alignments.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in partnerships and alliances management.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG and non-FMCG sectors.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key brands.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
