Business Development Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Sales Executive to join our organization on an immediate basis.

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process is crucial in this role.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might hinder growth is essential.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets will help drive business expansion.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients requires exceptional communication skills.

  • Attracting new clients through innovative sales processes
  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify and manage company risks
  • Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Running outbound campaigns to create sales opportunities
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM or Excel
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
  • Developing strong bonds with key decision-makers
  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote logistics solutions
  • Generating leads & sales from social media platforms
  • Generating leads & sales through effective communication and follow-up
  • Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the organization
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers
  • Targeting and reaching out to clients, maturing them, and closing deals
Requirements and Offers
  • Available to work full-time onsite
  • Qualification must be minimum Graduation/Masters (MBA) is a plus
  • English language is mandatory (Speaking, Listening & Writing)
  • A comprehensive basic package includes Basic + commission with limitless growth potential
  • Experience must be minimum 2-3 years in sales (Logistics field experience is a plus)
